Blooming Base UV/LED - special clear gel polish which is used for easier and faster nail design drawings.
USE: Apply Blooming Base on gel polish coat and draw on nail with necessary gel polish colour, blur for design, cure in lamp: UV/LED 3min/30sec. Then apply a top coat and cure in UV/LED lamp again.
